• Dedicated specialists perform integrated plan reviews at key junctures during the design process and prior to bidding. The plans are reviewed to ensure completeness, clarity, integrity of the building envelope, integration of all building systems, materials optimization, and ease of maintenance. The performance of these comprehensive plan reviews results in a higher quality building and lower costs for the owner.

• PLANNING Quality Control Managers have many years of diverse experience. Their mission is to serve as an independent advisor to the project team on how to deliver the best possible quality, independent of cost or schedule issues. Our Quality Control Managers conduct proactive meetings with subcontractors to prevent problems by communicating quality expectations and performing regular job site visits to ensure quality standards are met. In the end, you can be assured that the quality on the plans is incorporated into your final building product.

• PLANNING's exclusive One Year Warranty inspection provides assurance to the owner that we are serious about quality. Approximately one year after project completion, we perform a warranty inspection of the building, during which we identify and correct any design or construction-related defects. You can be confident we will stand behind our design and construction, even after you take ownership.
