Accountant - AP

Primary duties will include processing accounts payable, coding and entering invoices, reconciling statements and assisting with other accounting functions.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of construction accounting experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong organizational skills

 

Director of Construction (Out of area projects)

Primary duties include managing out of area project teams in the construction of design/build projects and ensuring project quality, schedule, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction objectives are met.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Previous experience with out of state projects
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

 

Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager will lead activities that support our target market strategies, focusing on developing and closing new project opportunities in the Wisconsin and northern Illinois markets.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of business development experience
  • Knowledge in the Architectural, Engineer and/or Construction industry preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with various decision makers
